Reyhan Baysan is a TV journalist focusing on financial markets and the economy. After getting her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Russian Studies at the University of Freiburg, she started working at CNBC Turkey where she gained and started enjoying the economic perspective of matters. In 2012 she was granted the International Journalists Program (IJP) Johannes Rau Bursary and had the chance of working at Deutsche Welle in Bonn. Currently she hosts TV shows at BloombergHT in Istanbul. She is interested in ecopolitical and socioeconomic issues such as global wealth inequality and sustainability. Reyhan is also a conference interpreter and acts as the simultaneous interpreter of BloombergHT.
