Mukadder Ezel Yılmaz has experience in project management and fundraising in civil society organizations operating in arts and youth work. She worked at Diyarbakır Arts Center and Karakutu Youth Association between 2014 and 2018. She provided budgeting, financial management, and financial reporting support to researchers at Koç University Technology Transfer Office between 2018 and 2023. She is currently working at Anadolu Kültür as a project coordinator. She has been chair of the board of directors at the Civil Society in Penal System Association (CİSST) since July 2021.
She studied Sociology at Galatasaray University and received her M.A. degree from Ecole des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS).
