Leonie Eland studied Political Sciences and International Public Management at Sciences Po Paris. She completed foreign terms at George Washington University and at the University of Cologne. After graduating, she worked for different media outlets and set up her own video blog on EU skepticism, before joining the think-tank European Policy Centre in Brussels. As a Mercator Fellow, she will explore measures and reforms to restore trust in the European institutions and effective means to communicate the EU’s added value for citizens.
