As a Mercator Fellow, Fin-Jasper Langmack analyzes how companies and their employees can be held accountable for their involvement in systematic human rights violations. During his fellowship year, he will examine the role of international criminal courts, national judiciaries and the possibility to involve companies in reparation programs and truth commissions. Fin holds a law degree from Heidelberg University and wrote his PhD on reparation programs in transitional justice. He advises several NGOs on matters of international law and publishes regularly on human rights, reparations and other matters of international law.
