Dahrendorf visiting fellowships are designed to involve academics from institutions of academic excellence and leading practitioners drawn from the appropriate fields. The fellows further the interaction between academics and practitioners and are required to contribute publications.
Carolyn Fischer is a senior fellow at Resources for the Future and the associate director of its Center for Climate and Electricity Policy. She focuses on the interplay between international trade and climate policy. She holds a PhD in economics from the University of Michigan and is a fellow of CESifo. She previously served as a staff economist at the Council of Economic Advisors to the President.
